We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then email or call us for the address.
Return / Refund Policy
No item may be returned without prior approval. Please notify us of your intent to return an item by email, phone call or letter, stating reasons for return. All parts are considered custom made items and may not be returned unless defective or do not fit. All items should be examined immediately upon receipt for defects. Once items have been used by customer, they cannot be returned. All returned items must be returned freight prepaid and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restock fee plus all shipping costs will be charged on returns that are not defective. All products sold by our company are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, shipping, incorrect cleaning materials, improper or cleaning methods is the responsibility of the installer and or buyer. No returns will be accepted when non-original colors or materials are ordered. All leather seats are considered special order and are non-returnable
Limited Warranties & Return Policy
- The item must be repacked as it was shipped in its original container and windows free of scratches.
- We will gladly correct our mistakes. We are responsible for our product only, not the installation or removal.
- Items will not be accepted for credit if installation was started. Only brand new, saleable items will be accepted, unless the reason for return is a defect in material and/or workmanship.
- Special order items, such as special material, colors or leather seats are not returnable.
A 20% restock fee plus all shipping costs will be charged on returns that are not defective. Product must be returned within 30 days of original shipment. We recognize that occasionally extraordinary situations arise. This warranty / return policy is extended to cover the majority of transactions. Special situations will be handled on an individual basis. The seller's liability for breach of the above warranty is limited to refunding the purchase price of the merchandise, or at the seller's option, to replacement upon its return. Under no circumstances shall the seller be responsible for any other form of consequential damage including installation costs, removal costs, application costs, damage to associated products, or loss of profit arising out of the use or inability to use the products supplied.
Shipping Information
We use UPS and USPS as our shipping couriers. There will be an additional shipping charge for shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Military Bases and Outside of the United States. We will contact you after your order is placed if the shipping price needs to be adjusted. Please remember that you must allow 24 to 48 hours for your orders to be processed. The part will be shipped from our local warehouse.
Warranties
Convertible tops are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. All other products are guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship and will vary on the amount of time warranted. They will be prorated from the time of purchase. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, shipping, incorrect cleaning solutions, improper cleaning methods or atmospheric conditions is the responsibility of the installer and/or buyer. Adjustments are prorated from date of installation based on an estimated normal product service life.
No warranty applies to plastic windows, glass windows, thread or zippers.
Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
